My legal practice consists of consulting with other lawyers in constitutional and appellate cases.  I do not represent lay clients.

 I am a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, various

United States [federal] Courts of Appeal (e.g., 1st, 2d, 7th, 10th, District of

Columbia, Federal Circuit) and various United States [federal]District Courts.  I

have been a member of the bar of the State of New York for forty-seven years.

 

I have also represented clients pro hac vice (“by leave of the court”) in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
